WITH THAT BEING SAID OUR PRE-ROLLS ARE SMOKABLE CONSUMABLE GOODS, ALL HEMP PRE-ROLL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED OR USED PRE-ROLL PRODUCTS.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR WITH A QUALITY ISSUE ON ARRIVAL, PLEASE EMAIL US AT ROLLERSFLOWER@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE, & PHOTOS IF POSSIBLE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HELP SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS TOGETHER.

NON-SMOKABLE ITEMS

UNOPENED & UNUSED NON-SMOKABLE ITEMS SUCH AS ACCESSORIES OR OTHER ELIGIBLE GOODS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:


  • THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED

  • THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING

  • THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT ARRIVED IN

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR THE ISSUE WAS OUR FAULT.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE’LL LET YOU KNOW IF YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED. IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CARD PROVIDER TO PROCESS IT.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
